Under general supervision of The School Principal, which develop and ensure that the school systems are effective running.



1. Diagnosing computing hardware and software malfunctions and coordinating and/or implementing repair activities.

2. Works independently using high-level logical problem determination skills and procedures to isolate faults in computer and peripheral software, hardware, and

communications systems, and implements the repairs.

3. Troubleshooting data communication and networking related issues and resolving or acting as point of contact to appropriate parties for service assistance.

4. Marketing support ( Design, Facebook poster, Website, Photo bank, Flyer, Poster, Banner, X-Stand…etc )

5. HR support ( Staff finger print registration, Finger monthly report,  Staff ID card, Staff and Teacher photo)

5. Researches and develops standard practices for using, installing, implementing, and configuring hardware and software within a networked computing environment.

6. Creates reports, presentations, training materials, knowledge documents, and/or other documentation to support knowledge base.

7. Participates in the planning and implementation of hardware and software systems installations and upgrades.

8. Performs other tasks related to the position, as assigned.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

The job requires a seasoned and mature leader with:

● Knowledge of Apple computing technologies.

● Knowledge of connecting and configuring various peripheral devices such as printers,

projectors, etc.

● Knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) networking

technologies, protocols, and troubleshooting.

● Knowledge of current programming languages.

● Knowledge of relational database systems.

● Knowledge of current operating systems.

● Knowledge of stand-alone and networked printer configuration and support.

● Knowledge of the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of various mobile devices.

● Ability to understand, discuss and explain technical problems with non-technical staff and students.

● Ability to interpret complex technical documentation.

● Ability to diagnose high-level computing technology malfunctions and perform complex repairs.

● Ability to create, edit, and maintain technical documentation.

● Ability to make technical presentations.

● Ability to recognize and report hazards and apply safe work methods.

● Possess physical and mental stamina commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.


- The post holder should hold at least Bachelor degree of Computer Science or equivalent.

- At least 2 year experience in the field related.

- Other qualifications in IT, e.g. Microsoft or Cisco would be an advantage

- Good English proficiency.

- Good communication skills.

- Demonstrable track record in customer care/service skills.

- Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail.

- Willingness to develop IT skills and knowledge.

- Ability to understand, discuss and explain technical problems with non-technical staff and students.

Personal Attributes:

- An interest in and preferably experience with working with a wide spectrum of students.

- The ability to work as a member of the team.
