Job duties and main responsibilities

•             Once a booking is made to check payment deadlines and log

•             To check all payment slips are correct as prepared by Sales / Operations for guide, drivers, other suppliers etc

•             Request moneys to pay suppliers from management

•             Pay suppliers when they visit the Siem Reap office

•             Pay suppliers which require bank payment

•             Request proforma invoices and final invoices from suppliers

•             Check VAT invoices are correctly made out and follow up if not

•             Finalise booking files

•             Check accuracy in quotations

•             Follow up on money owned by partners overseas/locally

•             Assist in preparing monthly tax returns and monthly expenses

•             Request new contracts and pass to Management for actioning

•             Assist with Hotel Rates updates

•             Other tasks required by management (including quotations, helping at outside events, production report/analysis etc)


Job requirements, qualifications and core competencies

•             Good communications skills in English, both written and spoken

•             No experience required as long as you eager to learn and fast learner

•             Knowledge of Cambodia tourism and product of interest to visitors

•             Good computer literacy MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•             Excellent attention to detail

•             Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•             Good organisational skills

•             To be a team player, but also with the ability to work unsupervised

•             Flexibility to manage new tasks when required

•             Able to work full time and occasional weekends

•             Have passion for travel and to discover new places
